Orders
Using The Cart:
When placing an order add the item
to your shopping cart and when you are finished browsing, confirm
your order, then checkout. You must fill out every field in the personal
information box. As soon as we recieve your order we will contact
you to confirm that the order is correct and to arrange payment.
Orders
Without Using The Cart:
You do not need to order through
the shopping cart if you do not wish to. Just make note of the Artist,
Title, Label and Price of the item or items that you want to buy and
either email, fax or call us with the details. We will need your name,
address, email and phone number to get back in contact with you though.
Payment:
We accept Visa/Mastercharge and
Cashiers cheque or Money Orders. We do accept cheques but we must
wait for a cheque to clear before sending your order out to you. We
do not have online credit card facilities as yet, and when giving
us your credit card number, please call us with it rather than emailing
it.
Postage:
When placing an order the postage
will appear at $4.20. This is for Priority postage and handling. However
we do have other postage options available and the postage price will
rise if the order weighs over 2 pounds. We will inform you of the
correct postage if it is different from the above when we receive
your order. When we contact you about your order you can decided how
you would like the order sent to you.
